St. Wendel Catholic School

St. Wendel students have the opportunity to visit the library once a week to retrieve books, magazines, or videos. A complete revamping of the collection has been accomplished, and new books for each grade level, have been ordered and placed in the library.  The students have been involved in the Accerlerated Reading Program since the third quarter of the 2005-2006 school year.

Students also have the opportunity to visit the Alexandrian Library Bookmobile which visits St. Wendel School the second and fourth Monday of each month. Also, classroom libraries are found in all of the classrooms where language arts is taught.
